In what format my file will be delivered?
Usually, transcription files are delivered in doc, .docx, and pdf format. If you need it in another format, please let me know and I'll deliver it in the required format.
How many minutes of recording you can transcribe and deliver in 1 day?
I can transcribe up to 5 hours (300 minutes) and delivered within 24 hours.
I need subtitles. Can you provide subtitles?
Yes, I can provide subtitles. Please contact me for a custom offer.
What type of transcription you provide?
I provide clean verbatim transcription. But if you prefer full verbatim (with the um, uh, in the transcript), please indicate when you place an order or just send me a message.
How can I send you my files if my files are large in size?
You can upload the files to dropbox or google drive or any other cloud storage platform and send me the link. Please contact me if unsure of how to go about that for a simple guide.
Do you do Legal or Medical transcriptions too?
Yes. I do legal and medical transcriptions too.
I need my transcript in a specific format. Can you provide me in that format?
Yes. If you need me to use any special formatting for your transcripts, please let me know.
