I'm a CGMA-qualified management accountant (ACMA, CGMA) with over 20 years preparing monthly management accounts and quarterly board packs, including for large-turnover businesses across several industries.

- Actual vs budget and actual vs prior period comparison
- Written variance commentary that explains why the numbers moved, in plain English

Which reporting framework do you work to?
IFRS and IFRS for SMEs. Management accounts are internal reports, so I can also present them in whatever internal format your board already uses.
