Built and scaled backend systems using FastAPI, LLMs, and Spring Boot, reliably handling 10K+ daily production requests with low latency and high availability. Designed, deployed, and maintained AI agent–driven automation systems to orchestrate complex enterprise workflows, materially improving operational efficiency across teams. Engineered a temporal, RAG-based agentic architecture to analyze, reason over, and extract insights from large-scale, evolving document corpora. Built and shipped core platform features such as AI agent import, controlled resource access, and dependency validation to prevent accidental system breakage in enterprise environments. Integrated 250+ enterprise connectors (HubSpot, SAP, Salesforce, etc.), enabling secure, scalable business automation across heterogeneous systems. Developed reusable tool-execution primitives within the AI orchestration layer, reducing connector execution overhead and improving workflow efficiency by ~30%.
