I specialize in designing custom task boards, automations and reporting dashboards that give teams full visibility into project status at every stage. This allows clients to spend less time chasing updates and more time focused on actual delivery. My approach to project management centers on proactive communication. I believe most project delays come from gaps in information rather than lack of effort, so I prioritize setting up clear systems for tracking deadlines, flagging risks early, and keeping everyone from leadership to individual contributors on the same page. I have experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities, and adapting plans as client needs evolve.
