I manage my youtube channel when I almost completed my Advance Level Exams of goverment studies.Previous year it was hard. I struggled to gain traction, with most videos receiving under 100 views. However, this phase helped me deeply understand audience behavior, retention patterns, and what keeps viewers engaged. Now I am working with CAGS (Ceylon Academy Of Gemmological Science) of Page moderator and Video Editor. I improved my intros to clearly communicate the purpose of each video within the first few seconds, refined my editing style for better pacing and engagement, and maintained consistent uploads. I also actively studied successful creators—analyzing their hooks, editing flow, and timing—and applied those insights to my own work. As a result of this strategic approach, I was edit Field Visit video experienced rapid growth, reaching over 2 million views within just 24 hour.
