Sobre mí
I'm Vardah, a full stack developer from Pakistan. I build business software with React, Node.js and PostgreSQL: admin dashboards, ERP modules, sales and payment tools, and web apps with separate user roles. Right now I'm building a multi-town real estate ERP that tracks land acquisitions, landowner payments and daily cash flow. For my final year project I co-built VAMORA, a care-coordination platform with patient, caregiver, doctor and admin dashboards. I run the full technical side of Shalimar Builders and Developers as a revenue-sharing partner. The owner brings in the clients; I build, deliver and maintain all of the software. Complete company ERP (React, TypeScript, Node.js, Express, PostgreSQL): - Covers 13 towns, each set up separately under its own name, with an owner view across all of them - Every town has its own accounts, blocks, plots and development charges - A personal ledger for every person and entity, tracking money received, paid out and lent, since the business also works like a lending house - Landowner records, including landowners who are also partners in a town - Payments by cash, cheque or bank transfer, daily payment reports, and role-based access - Financial rules built in: balanced entries, corrections by reversal, and multi-step operations in database transactions Company website: - Built their public website to showcase their towns and projects - Advertisement management, so they can publish and update their ads
