I specialize in designing and building workflow automation solutions for law firms and legal businesses. My experience includes designing automation workflows for client intake, lead capture, CRM updates, automated notifications, task assignments, email follow-ups, appointment workflows, client onboarding, document management, and internal process automation. I work with automation and legal technology platforms such as Clio, Filevine, Lawmatics, SuiteDash, Make.com, Zapier, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and other CRM and business applications. I also understand how APIs and third-party integrations can connect different systems into a single automated workflow. I create solutions based on a firm's existing processes and business requirements, with an emphasis on reliability, organization, scalability, and reducing manual data entry. My goal is to help legal professionals spend less time managing repetitive processes and more time focusing on their clients and legal work.
