Experienced in developing operational systems, coordinating projects, improving workflows, and implementing technology solutions across business and ministry environments. My background includes managing financial processes, implementing church applications and databases, coordinating volunteer scheduling and check-in systems for 400 volunteers, developing leadership training resources, and supporting website and digital operations. Through Catalyst Conglomerate, I apply a systems-driven approach to organizing projects, standardizing processes, improving accountability, and leveraging AI and automation opportunities.
