Send me your draft document and the original RFP, tender or RFQ it responds to. Having both allows me to check your response directly against what evaluators are scoring and catch compliance gaps before you submit.
Will you flag weak sections, not just fix grammar?
Yes. I flag every section where language is vague, evaluation criteria are not directly addressed or your proposal undersells your company's strengths — not just spelling and grammar corrections.
How do you return the edited document?
I return your edited RFP response or bid proposal with tracked changes so you can see every correction made. You review and accept changes before submitting. Revisions are included in every package.
Can you edit proposals for any industry or contract type?
Yes. I edit bid proposals, RFP responses, tender submissions and RFQ documents across IT, construction, healthcare, consulting, janitorial, transportation and professional services for government and corporate procurement.
What if my deadline is very tight?
Basic package delivers in 24 hours. If your deadline is shorter, message me before ordering and I will confirm whether a same-day turnaround is possible for your document length and complexity.
