I also produced well-sourced research and trend reports and standardized briefs and deliverable templates.

I led a platform migration for 9 clients simultaneously in 3 months — mapping owners, milestones, dependencies, and risks, and coordinating the cutover with engineering — delivered with zero data loss, 100% on time. I built Looker Studio dashboards from scratch for real-time tracking and designed a QA process and written SOP, eliminating classification errors.
