Turn simple PDF tables into a usable Excel file, checked against your source.
I convert one selectable-text PDF containing one regular table per page, with visible cell borders and the same headers on each page. Choose up to 2 pages / 100 rows, 5 pages / 250 rows, or 10 pages / 500 rows. Both limits apply; maximum 10 columns and 10 MB.
You receive an editable XLSX and a reconciliation note. I check headers, row counts and values, preserving IDs, leading zeros, signs, blanks and date text. Cells are delivered as text to avoid unwanted conversions; calculations are not included.
Three-day delivery and one original-scope revision are included. Errors against our agreement are corrected without an extra fee.
Excluded: scans, handwriting, merged or borderless tables, password-protected files, sensitive personal records and layout recreation. Please message first if unsure.
AI-assisted tools and local scripts may support the work; each delivery is reviewed. Tell me any AI restrictions before ordering. Send only files you are authorized to share.

Can you convert scanned or complicated PDFs?
This package covers selectable-text PDFs with simple, regular tables. Scans, handwriting, complex merged tables and password-protected files are excluded. Send a sample before ordering if you are unsure.
Will Excel change my IDs, dates or numbers?
Cells are delivered as text to preserve leading zeros, long IDs, decimal notation, signs and date wording. The file is editable, but calculations and numeric/date conversion are not included. Blank source cells remain blank.
