I am a Registered Nurse with 15 years of clinical experience, working in a large teaching hospital. I regularly mentor nursing students on placement and have extensive experience working with diverse personalities and learning styles. I currently work on a surgical ward.
I can support student nurses by simplifying complex clinical concepts, developing their critical thinking, building their confidence and helping them apply theoretical knowledge to real world nursing practice.
