My experience focuses on helping businesses resolve financial recordkeeping challenges and improve website accessibility. I understand that behind every bookkeeping discrepancy or inaccessible website is a business owner trying to keep operations running smoothly. In QuickBooks Online, I work with Ecommerce bookkeeping, transaction categorization, sales reconciliation, inventory-related records, and financial record cleanup. I recognize the difficulties that arise when sales records do not match payouts, transactions are duplicated or miscategorized, or financial records become disorganized. My approach is to investigate discrepancies carefully, trace the underlying causes, and organize records to support more reliable financial reporting. My WordPress accessibility work focuses on identifying barriers that can prevent people with disabilities from using websites effectively. I assess issues relating to keyboard navigation, form labels, alternative text, color contrast, and other relevant WCAG accessibility requirements. Where appropriate, I implement improvements, test the affected elements, and help clients understand the remaining issues. I also recognize that accessibility compliance requires ongoing attention and that no single audit can guarantee complete legal compliance. Every project presents its own challenges.
