As a CFO, I manage and maintain the complete accounting and bookkeeping functions of the business, with a strong focus on accurate financial records, reconciliation, reporting, and day-to-day financial management. My experience includes recording and reviewing sales and purchase transactions, maintaining ledgers, performing bank and account reconciliations, managing receivables and payables, monitoring inventory, and preparing financial statements. I have hands-on experience using accounting software such as QuickBooks and Vyapar, along with Excel, to maintain organized accounting records and analyze financial data. I regularly work with Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, cash flow information, sales and purchase records, and customer and supplier accounts. My responsibilities also include reviewing transactions for accuracy, reconciling accounts, tracking outstanding balances, monitoring business expenses, and ensuring that financial information is properly recorded and up to date. Through this experience, I have developed practical skills in bookkeeping, accounting, financial reporting, reconciliation, inventory accounting, ledger management, Excel, QuickBooks, and accounting software. I focus on maintaining clean, accurate, and well-organized financial records that help businesses understand their financial position and make better decisions
