The end result was helpful including the itemised takeoff of materials which was outstanding. However I have doubts regarding the final costing provided as there was limited breakdown of costs and details regarding where the information and build rates were obtained especially as relating to constructions...

Not even close to correct. Started a dispute resolution, claiming to not have enough information. We provided an excel template, 27 pages of working drawings, full engineering. Waste of time and money
