Hello, I'm Bian Tong, a college student at the moment. I've been playing the Piano and Chinese Flute since the age of 9 and have pretty good hearing and melodic sense. Naturally, I gravitated towards Jazz and just picked up the Saxophone, instantly fell in love with it. Improvising melodies has always been an easy feat for me, if I may say so myself. My first composition was for a full Bamboo Flute Ensemble titled Good Morning Singapore, commissioned for a film ReDiscovery set in Singapore.
