We first agree on the input, steps, expected output and failure cases. I then implement the workflow, validate representative cases and hand over the source code, configuration example, setup guide and execution report.

Basic: one workflow, up to 5 actions in one web application and its API.

Standard: one workflow, up to 10 actions across 2 tools, with 1 API integration and data syncing.

Premium: one workflow, up to 20 actions across 3 tools and 2 APIs, with data syncing and recovery for agreed failures.

An action is one agreed operation, such as reading a record, submitting a form or calling an endpoint. All packages include validation and conditional logic. Revisions cover the agreed scope.
