When will you deliver my order?
I will deliver your order within 24 hours of purchasing. Orders will usually take the entire 24 hours. Scripts over 5,000 words might take longer than a day. If you would like the order completed faster, please select the "Skip the Line" gig extra, which moves your order to the front of the line!
Do you offer revisions?
Yes! If I make a mistake, I will take care of it quickly and free of charge. I include one revision per order for change of tone or pace. If you made errors or change the script, a revision is $15 per 100 words, and each will add one day to the delivery time.
Do you deliver broadcast-quality audio files?
Yes! I will deliver your voiceover file in the high-quality WAV format, unless you request otherwise!
What are Commercial Rights?

What are Full Broadcast Rights?

Can you sync your voiceover with my video or presentation?
Yes! Please send the video or timestamps along with your script. Select "Add Vo to Video" on the gig extras, which is another $10 and requires one more day for delivery.

When choosing the "Skip the Line" extra, your job immediately goes to the front of my list of projects that day, which means your job becomes my number one priority!
