If your content is of a business nature where it is uploaded to the internet publicly or used to make money you will need to purchase Commercial or Broadcasting Rights. A Commercial fee is for unpaid channel content and a Broadcast fee is for paid channel content.

No. Music will have it's own rights regarding usage and as the voiceover artist I am not the final publisher of the content. This can get into a legally problematic area if the content is published differently than the original order specified. I can edit in music if you provide it.
