Live2D Vtuber models generally consist of 2 main parts:  

1. Model Creation (Character Design) 
2. Rigging (Animating the model for movement & expression)

What I Need To Get Started:

If you already have a PSD model file: just send it over and Ill begin the rigging process.  

If you dont have a model yet: no worries! I can design and draw your custom Vtuber character from scratch.
