It's important to note US copyright law here: copyright is the exclusive right to control reproduction and commercial exploitation of your creative work. I own the copyrights to the original designs and can choose how the designs are used.

Basically, I'm ONLY giving you the right to reproduce my work. It cannot be modified unless I say so. Modifying my design is copyright infringement and can get you in serious legal trouble. If you would like to purchase the full copyrights from me, please select that gig extra with your order.

Only one design is included. If you ordered multiple designs and want the copyrights for all of them, please let me know so I can send a custom offer or add additional Copyright Transfers to your order.

I can't work without solid ideas. If you don't know what you want out of the design, I suggest spending more time looking for ideas before contacting me. Without ideas, you might not get what you want.

Simple answer: Concept = idea. Design = final product. You can either do one concept and multiple designs, or multiple concepts with one design each.

Enhanced detailing is when I have to draw something from scratch whereas vector tracing is when you send me artwork that is too low quality for print and needs to be vectorized prior to sending the final print file.

Simple graphics usually involve either basic shapes (circles/squares/triangles) or very simply drawn images. Detailed graphics are exactly as they sound: detailed. They're more involved and take more time to create, but are not as detailed as the enhanced gig extra.

A revision is simply meant to be a slight modification or course correction to progress toward the final design. For example, changing a font, changing a color, or altering text/copy.

Adding any kind of element, be it graphics or new text/copy, or completely altering the design would be considered a new concept and will therefore be charged as one with the buyer’s consent prior to creating the new design.
