I always do my best to pack (or repack) items securely. However, once the parcel is handed over to the shipping company, I have no control over what happens during transit. I cannot take responsibility for lost, damaged, or returned packages.

No. My service fee does not include international shipping. That will be calculated based on your location and parcel weight.
Do you buy the item for me?

Very helpful and communicated about the progress well. Received the item in perfect condition. It was my first time doing the forwarding service. There were a few extra costs I did not find out about until later, like Custom fees that I thought would be included in the initial costs.

I have worked with Bolgar a few times now, including thru the “everyone stopped shipments to the US" tariff period. To say he went above and beyond is an understatement. He held my books for months until shipments began again. 5 stars isn't enough.
