Have worked in the Mining industry for over 30 years in the processing production area as a Supervisor and Trainer in Laos, Papua New Guinea, Botswana, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Indonesia and Solomon Islands.
In this role i have been involved in the setting up and Commissioning of numerous processing plants, including five gold plants, a lead carbonate plant, and a copper concentrate plant. My technical approach to process optimization, Safety and Operation Training have been crucial in the successful initiation and operation of these facilities
