Your smart home mostly works. That word - mostly - is three automations that quietly stopped firing, entities that died after a rename, a database chewing your SD card, and an update you keep postponing.
Send a diagnostics export (I'll show you where) and relevant YAML. You get a findings report where every item has evidence and an exact fix: never-fired automations, dead entities mapped to what they break, recorder/DB issues, deprecated integrations, a plain-English security pass, and update readiness.
Higher tiers include corrected YAML ready to paste. Top tier adds a written upgrade/hardening plan.
No remote access. No passwords. Files only - you apply fixes with the guide.
If your setup is beyond help by files alone, I'll say so before you pay.
I care whether it keeps working after the next rename and core update, not whether the YAML looks clever.

Do you need access to my Home Assistant?
No, never. The audit runs entirely from the diagnostics files and YAML you attach to the order. I never ask for remote access, passwords, or control of your system - you apply the fixes yourself with my guide.
How do I get the diagnostics export?
About two clicks: Settings > Devices & Services > pick an integration > three-dot menu > Download diagnostics. The order requirements include a 30-second walkthrough of exactly which files help most. Exports redact secrets by design.
Will you see my passwords or tokens?
No. Diagnostics exports redact secrets by design, and the requirements tell you to exclude secrets.yaml. If something sensitive slips into a file anyway, I flag it to you (that's a finding!) and all order files are deleted after delivery.
Do you use AI tools?
Yes, openly: an AI-assisted pipeline does the systematic sweep (it's why the audit is this thorough at this price), and I personally verify every finding before it goes in your report. A named human is accountable for every conclusion.
