I built and maintained BI infrastructure for the Finance team at The Salvation Army Australia. • Built a Corporate Credit Card dashboard with Dynamic RLS, giving ~2500 employees secure, role-appropriate access to spend data for the first time. • Restructured financial reports into a centralised Star Schema, cutting report refresh times by ~60% and making them easier to maintain. • Set up Git integration and deployment pipelines for Finance workspaces, bringing proper version control and governance to the team's Power BI environment. • Mentored a junior BI developer.
