Ayudo a propietarios, contratistas, constructores y diseñadores con planos estructurales para proyectos residenciales y comerciales ligeros. Esto incluye planos de cimientos, planos de estructura, diseños de estructura de techo, detalles de vigas y columnas, soportes para aberturas en paredes, estructura de terrazas, cubiertas de patios, cocheras, conversiones de garajes, ADUs, ampliaciones, remodelaciones y soporte para nuevas construcciones.
También puedo ayudar con comentarios estructurales de la ciudad o condado y revisar los dibujos según los requisitos del revisor. Mi objetivo es que el alcance estructural sea claro, organizado y fácil de entender para el revisor de permisos.
Puedo trabajar a partir de dibujos arquitectónicos, bocetos, planos antiguos, archivos PDF, archivos DWG, fotos del sitio o comentarios del permiso.
