I help food businesses, bakeries, small brands and institutions with EU-compliant nutrition labels, allergen information, technical sheets and balanced menus. Designed, piloted and implemented menu plans in partner institutions. Collected and analysed quantitative and qualitative data (focus groups, satisfaction surveys) using R and MAXQDA. Created dissemination materials (flyers, reels, video) and co-authored peer-reviewed scientific articles.
