You will receive 1 html mobile site created with a top of the line piece of software that sells for around $300. You will have to provide the URL, and also the logo (see instructions). This is a genuine mobile website. You will have to find a redirect script yourself, but this html mobile site will be complete, with a social page, an about page, a tap to call image, and Google maps, and contact page. Realize you must know how to upload via FTP to upload this site to a domain, like www.m.domain (just an example). I can provide directions, but it is not part of the gig. It is easy though, so don't let that deter you.
