As a Digital Product Designer on Etsy's Buyer Experience team, I led the end-to-end redesign of high-traffic mobile web checkout and cart evaluation flows. Partnering closely with cross functional Product Managers and Engineers, I worked to streamline complex international purchasing journeys for over 90 million active global buyers. > A core focus of my role was driving a culture of data-backed experimentation. I designed and executed over 15 A/B variance tests on the Search & Discovery pages, leveraging user research and quantitative metrics to optimize grid layouts and filter structures. By mapping out intuitive multi-shop checkout mechanics, my designs successfully increased checkout conversion rates by 4.2% and significantly reduced cart abandonment. > Additionally, I regularly collaborated with the Core Design Systems team to audit and scale reusable, accessibility-compliant (WCAG 2.1 AA) UI components in Figma, which optimized the design-to-development handoff time by 25%.
