FAQ
What do you need to audit my vacation rental listing?
I need ALL links to your current STR listing. If you list the same home on Airbnb, Booking.com, Stay HVN, Vrbo, Whimstay and a direct book site - then I need all of these links.
Will you audit more than one home for me?
Yes! Please order separately for each home OR contact me for a custom order. Keep in mind I will need ALL links for ALL homes, regardless of how many homes you need evaluated.
Can I get a discount if I own more than 1 property?
I can offer special pricing for property management companies that manage more than 10 homes. In these cases companies are looking for an overall evaluation of how their marketing strategy is structured vs. an analysis of each individual property listing. Please contact me directly for rates.
