Hi, I'm Bayron. I spent about 9 years in customer support for US companies, including as a Support Team Lead handling escalations and retention. I build Zapier workflows, Python integrations between Slack, Salesforce, Zendesk and Google Workspace, and AI support chatbots that hand off to a person when they should.
