I will design a full architectural 3D model of a 4-story, 13-room and 7 bathroom built in SketchUp, including complete exterior and interior modeling (all guestrooms, bathrooms, corridors, lobby, breakfast area, elevators, stairs, and back-of-house spaces). The model must be accurate to the provided plans, organized with proper tags/layers, include materials and textures, and be delivered as an editable .SKP file with scenes so you will generate your own images and walkthroughs.
