I spent over a year as a full-time SEO strategist at Grid Rankers, from October 2024 to December 2025, handling the complete SEO process rather than one narrow slice of it. That range shaped how I work today. I treat SEO as one connected system, not a set of isolated tasks, where research, content, and technical structure all move toward the same goal. My work began with keyword research and SEO audits. I dug into search intent, competitor gaps, crawl issues, and indexing problems to find where the real ranking opportunities were sitting unused. On-page SEO became a daily habit from there, optimizing titles, headers, internal linking, and page structure so content had an actual chance to rank instead of getting buried under stronger competitors. Blog management sat at the center of the role. I built and maintained a content calendar that kept publishing consistent instead of random, mapped topics to real search demand months in advance, and wrote the blog posts myself from outline to final draft. Copywriting ran through all of it, since ranking a page means little if the words on it don't hold a reader's attention or move them toward a decision. Topical authority building became the long game. Instead of chasing single keywords, I grouped content into clusters that showed search engines the site had genuine depth on its subject, then backed that structure with consistent link building, reaching out and earning placements that strengthened the domain's credibility from the outside. Fourteen months at Grid Rankers took me through the entire SEO pipeline: research, writing, structure, and authority. That full-funnel view is what I now bring to every project I take on as an independent strategist.
