I helped build a make.com reddit automation system because Natalie wanted to understand how her target audience actually talks about their problems, so she could improve her copy. The issue was that manually going through Reddit threads was slow and inconsistent, and it was hard to pull out anything useful at scale. I built a Make.com system that: pulls relevant Reddit posts and comments filters out noise and keeps useful discussions organizes the data so it’s easier to review passes it through AI to highlight patterns and useful phrases This made it easier for her to see how people describe their problems in their own words and use that in her messaging.

Daniel had a Notion setup, but he wasn’t using it consistently. (like many people do!) Everything was scattered and spread out. Tasks, goals, and notes were in different places, and he kept tweaking it without it ever feeling right, atleast what he told me. I went through how he actually works day to day and removed a lot of what he didn’t need. First, I helped him strip it down: what he actually checks daily what he ignores what’s just noise Then I rebuilt the structure around that: one main dashboard instead of multiple scattered pages connected tasks to goals so nothing felt random removed unnecessary tracking that was slowing him down Now, instead of avoiding his workspace, he opens it daily because it’s clear and simple. Then I restructured it into one main dashboard and connected the important parts so it made sense when he opened it. After that, it became something he could use daily without thinking too much about it.
