I am a results-driven Business Development Cafe, and Restaurant professional with over 18 years of experience in the food & beverage, hospitality, retail, and corporate gifting industries. My career began in hospitality, where I worked my way up from operational roles, gaining hands-on experience in restaurant and café operations, customer service, inventory management, procurement, menu development, costing, and business operations. This journey gave me a complete understanding of how successful hospitality businesses are built and managed. Over the past 11 years, I have been with Lals Chocolates, where I currently lead Corporate Sales and E-commerce. During this time, I have played a key role in expanding the corporate gifting business, building long-term relationships with leading organizations, and driving consistent business growth through strategic sales initiatives and operational improvements. I have successfully managed large seasonal campaigns, including Ramadan, Eid, New Year, Valentine's Day, and Mother's Day, while improving fulfillment operations, customer experience, and cross-functional collaboration. Prior to Lals, I worked with renowned hospitality brands including Espresso and Lavazza, where I strengthened my commercial, operational, and leadership skills. My experience across hospitality and retail has enabled me to bridge the gap between sales, operations, and customer service, creating practical solutions that improve efficiency and profitability.
