I provided technical leadership and implementation support for community health, immunization, disease surveillance, outbreak response, and applied public health research in close collaboration with the Ministry of Health, district health teams, academic partners, and implementing organizations. - Led planning, coordination, monitoring, operational research, data analysis, and donor reporting for public health interventions across multiple districts. -Spearheaded Community-Based Surveillance (CBS), Risk Communication & Community Engagement (RCCE), and field-based research activities to support early detection, reporting, and response to public health threats. -Designed data collection tools, supported situation analyses, rapid assessments, and after-action reviews, and ensured data quality, analysis, and use for programs improvement and evidence generation. -Played a key role in outbreak preparedness and response research, including Ebola Virus Disease (EVD), Mpox, Measles, Rabies, and Anthrax outbreaks. -Analyzed surveillance and program datasets, produced research-informed technical reports, contributed to proposal development with strong evidence components, and supported development of micro plans, learning briefs, and response strategies.
