Cooper — ATS / AI Recruiting Platform Built and evolved CooperHire, a new Applicant Tracking System, from R&D and MVP through production. Built threaded recruiter-candidate email conversations with replies, unread state, welcome emails, scheduled conversations, templates, and notifications. Developed job-specific screening questions, file-based answers, embeddable job widgets, and a separate Cloud Run application API for selected clients. Built AI-assisted candidate screening with configurable criteria, GDPR-oriented validation, fit classifications, Elasticsearch-backed searchable results, and score-based filtering. Also developed AI interview workflows including interview plans, single/bulk interview links, expiry and repeat-attempt handling, transcripts, audio persistence/playback, ElevenLabs integration, GCS storage, and billing/logging flows.

MindMatch — Feed Processing & Recruitment Advertising Infrastructure Built and maintained large-scale recruitment feed processing and advertising infrastructure, with a strong focus on asynchronous processing, memory-efficient data handling, partner routing, cloud deployment, and production reliability. Designed a large XML feed-processing pipeline using Nokogiri SAX parsing so inbound feeds could be processed without loading entire files into memory. Used Sidekiq and Redis for asynchronous jobs, processed records in batches, and ran parallel workflows to generate outbound feeds for recruitment advertising partners. Built scheduled inbound processing that runs every 10 minutes with cycle protection, preventing a new feed-processing cycle from starting while the previous one is still active. Created dynamic YAML-based feed configuration so new inbound feeds and outbound destinations could be enabled without application-code changes. Implemented partner-selection and routing logic based on inbound job CPC, partner thresholds, and percentage allocation. Built click-tracking pipelines that move accumulated EU/US click logs into reporting tables and then into BigQuery for analytics. Containerized workloads using Docker and deployed them on Kubernetes, including pod sizing, scheduled Kubernetes CronJobs, load balancing, and production operations. Also worked on database backups with retention policies, deployment automation through CircleCI, PostgreSQL, GCP services, and production monitoring/scaling.
