Assist clients with estate planning support documentation, including trust transfer coordination, quitclaim deed preparation guidance, and organizational documentation associated with revocable and irrevocable trust structures. Support business owners in developing internal legal frameworks, client onboarding documentation, refund policies, authorization letters, confidentiality provisions, and dispute resolution clauses.
