What do you need from me to get started?
I just need your project drawings (PDF, CAD, or IFC files) and any specifications or notes. If possible, please include the trade scope and delivery deadline.
What estimating software do you use?
I use industry-leading tools such as Planswift, Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff (OST), and Excel to ensure accuracy and professional formatting.
What format will I receive my deliverables in?
You will receive: -A complete marked-up plan set -A detailed Excel spreadsheet broken down by CSI divisions -Quantities in SF, LF, CY, EA, or any unit you prefer If you need a custom format (your company template), I can do that too.
Do you provide material pricing as well?
Yes. I can provide material, labor, equipment, and total project cost based on zip code of project. If you prefer to use your own pricing, I can deliver quantities only.
