As a key contributor to the Hire2Retire IGA solution, I enhanced the platform, achieving significant HR and data integration milestones that resulted in $700K in annual cost savings for mid-sized clients. I successfully integrated identity provider (IDP) systems, such as Azure AD, and HR systems like BambooHR and SAP SuccessFactors, utilizing OAuth and Basic Auth authentication, which led to a 17-client increase in product adoption. I developed reusable, dynamic UI components and scalable schema architecture, enabling schema-driven UI rendering for future maintenance. As a leader, I guided a team of five in integrating 15 SCIM applications, achieving a 100% success rate in automated role-based account provisioning while designing a flexible API layer for seamless future integrations. In enhancing the Quill editor, I implemented a custom toolbar with signature attachment functionalities and developed an external module for image resizing, resulting in a 15% increase in customer acquisition.
