Ashok did a great job for us with helping me get logged into Microsoft One Drive on my Macbook pro. I was having multiple issues with accessing my apps and getting my desktop docs synched with my laptop. He was patient with me as I had to do an update which pushed our meeting back a day but he returned...

I think the computer related issues are like a black box. You never know what is inside and never know the level of effort to be made to solve the problem. Ashok is really patient with the work, although it was beyond what was expecting before he starts with my problem. I highly recommend him.
