I asked for a fix at 16.17pm and an hour later we had worked out that the problem was hardware, not software, so though he couldn't fix it we know what the problem is now and that Samsung hardware is the culprit! Very quick and polite service.

Ashokj89 went over and beyond to restore Windows 11 on my laptop. He worked well throughout the night to resolve several different errors that popped up as he was working. He has great communication, quick response and very knowledgeable.

I was having multiple issues with accessing my apps and getting my desktop docs synched with my laptop. He was patient with me as I had to do an update which pushed our meeting back a day but he returned...
