As a woman who has been through loss, grief, major life changes, and career changes while building the life of my dreams, I support women who want to live a bigger life while feeling like they are constrained by their situation (i.e. motherhood/care giving, a demanding job, etc.).
Aligned Living Co. was founded in September 2025 after a complete shift in offerings from my previous company, Yoga For That (founded in 2014). Aligned Living Co. is a space for women to receive the support they need to live an aligned life by focusing on building a life that can hold the capacity for their dreams.
