Claires English, a language services business, needed a more organized and efficient way to manage business information, client data, service requests, and recurring workflows. Their existing processes required too much manual organization, making it harder to maintain accurate records, track activities, and manage day-to-day operations efficiently. My role was to create a centralized Airtable system that simplified data management and improved overall workflow efficiency. I designed and structured a customized Airtable database tailored to the business's operational needs. I organized records into clear tables and fields, created practical Airtable forms for data collection, and developed views and workflows that made information easier to access and manage. I also implemented automation where appropriate to reduce repetitive tasks, improve consistency, and streamline the movement of information between different stages of the business process. The system was designed with usability, scalability, and team productivity in mind. The completed Airtable solution gave Claires English a centralized platform for managing business data and workflows more effectively. The improved database structure reduced information clutter, simplified data organization, and made it easier to track important activities.
