I work as a custom SaaS CRM developer, building CRM dashboards and lead generation platforms for small businesses, agencies and service providers who want to organize their leads and close more deals. I begin by learning how the client finds leads, follows up with them and tracks sales, then I plan a simple system that fits their process. I build the CRM dashboard with clear lead pipelines, contact records, deal stages, task reminders and easy to read reports so the team always knows what to do next. I use Zapier to connect forms, email, calendars, spreadsheets and messaging tools, so new leads are captured automatically, sorted into the right stage and followed up without manual work. I also set up lead generation flows, including landing page forms, automatic welcome emails and alerts for the sales team when a hot lead arrives. Every system is tested carefully before delivery, and I walk clients through how it works with simple instructions so they can use it with confidence. I also fix and improve existing CRM setups, clean up messy contact data and add new automations as the business grows. I can also build reporting views that show conversion rates, lead sources and deal values, so owners can make better decisions with real numbers. Over time I have built systems that save clients many hours each week, reduce missed follow ups and give owners a clear view of their sales. I work with clear communication, fast turnaround and close attention to detail, and I always meet agreed deadlines. My goal is to help every client save time, stay organized and turn more leads into paying customers, and many of them return to add new features as their business grows.
