Dip treatment plant – Sky Power Led the automation of a large-scale industrial dip treatment plant using Siemens S7-700 PLC and HMI systems. Designed and implemented complete control logic integrating inductive and IR sensors to achieve precise, reliable operation. Before automation, the system required four operators; after optimization, it operates efficiently with only two, significantly reducing manpower costs. Developed a smart control algorithm that optimized process timing and sequencing, resulting in nearly double production output. Also handled VFD integration, design and installation of power distribution and control panels, system commissioning, testing, and on-site troubleshooting. Delivered a stable, scalable, and industry-compliant automation solution. Industrial Automatic Coil Winding Machine Designed and fabricated Pakistan’s first locally developed automatic industrial coil winding machine, replacing an imprecise manual process. The system significantly improved production rate, winding accuracy, and operational consistency, while remaining simple and safe for operators to use. The machine was developed using a PLC-based control system with HMI and servo motor integration, supported by an advanced, industrial-grade control panel and a mechanically robust structure for long-term reliability. This innovation led to my selection among the Top 18 Innovators from Pakistan by Citadel Switzerland, recognizing its industrial impact and engineering excellence. Food composter reverse engineered a complete food composter, including its mechanical components and main control circuitry, enabling functional analysis, system replication, and performance optimization.
