1. Ras Al Khaimah Beach District; New Border Road Infrastructure – Phase 1 Project (E611 and E311 Connection to RAK Sector 5 Beach District) Scope of Works: The project is located in Ras Al Khaimah and comprises the development of a strategic highway corridor providing direct connectivity between E311 and Al Marjan Island. The alignment extends from E311, where a new interchange is to be constructed, up to the interface boundary with an adjoining project near the Al Hamra Industrial Area. The scope of works includes all required surveys and investigations, followed by the construction of roads, structures, utilities, cycle tracks, and all ancillary components necessary for the safe, efficient, and fully functional completion of the infrastructure. The works also include the construction of two underpasses and one bridge along E31. 2. Road and Infrastructure for Al Hamra Industrial Zone-02 Ras Al Khaimah - Phase-1A and 1B & Phase 2, 3, 4 & 5 – Zone – 02 Scope of Works: Execution of integrated infrastructure works under two contracts for the same client, covering a combined area of approximately 222 hectares. The scope includes construction of roads and pavements, along with installation of underground utility networks comprising sewer, stormwater, telecom, streetlighting, and water systems. The works also include provision and installation of ducts for irrigation, firefighting, and electrical networks, including all associated excavation, backfilling, testing, and commissioning activities. Additionally, the project involves construction of stormwater ponds and a stormwater lifting station, along with all related ancillary works for full integration with the overall drainage system. Scope of Works: Jabal Mibrih road is mainly an existing mountainous road with sharp pins and steep longitudinal grades. The existing road need reconstruction by upgrading and improving the road geometry for both horizontal & vertical curves, which are not satisfying sight distance visibility standards. The approximate existing road length = 17 kms serving to the peak of the Mibrih mountain and to the farms. The project area lies within the Fujairah Emirate from Ch. 0+000 to 12+500 and from Ch. 12+500 till the project end lies 17+000 in Ras Al Khaimah Emirate. Project Value: 114 Million AED
