I work with residential, commercial, industrial, renovation, and new-construction projects. I can prepare takeo s for lighting, power, distribution, branch circuits, feeders, conduit, wiring, equipment connections, and applicable low-voltage systems.
What documents do you need to start an estimate?
Ideally, I need the latest electrical drawings, architectural plans, specifications, equipment schedules, panel schedules, and other available project documents. The more complete the documentation, the more accurately I can evaluate the overall scope.
Do you provide low-voltage takeoffs?
Yes. I can estimate various low-voltage systems, including fire alarm, CCTV, access control, data/structured cabling, CAT6/CAT6A, fiber optic, intercom, communication systems, and related pathways and equipment.
How do you ensure the accuracy of your takeoff?
I carefully review the project documents, cross-check quantities between relevant sheets, verify schedules and details, and look for missing, duplicated, or conflicting scope before finalizing the takeoff.
