he was good w followup. i leveraged AI to correct his notes bc it was a los angeles template copy/pasted but I'm honolulu county. stiill, we ent back/forth several times, but he made the changes in a timely manner.

If you know exactly what you want drawn he is great as he is willing to make adjustments. However i would not recommend if you have no construction or drawing knowledge.
