I would have gave her five stars cause her work is good but towards the end she was a little flustered and showed it by using all caps and high indicates yelling. Overall I am satisfied but no need to be rude.

There seem to be some things lost in translation. A very nice person, but not what I was expecting in the end. I had used this person before and the results were great!! But this time, it was a miss for me. The person did offer to fix/revise, but I think it just got to a point that it will not work...
